Before we start, here’s a quick refresher:
Dr. Volgin was the primary speaker at the Health Museum on September 14th, 2023 and at a United Way Health retreat on October 14th, 2023. The speech was roughly similar in content, and a summary of it is available below. A video with subtitles is currently in the works and will be posted here in this article when it is finished.
1. Evolutionarily established ties between prokaryotes and eukaryotes torn
2. Bioactivity in food is blocked/stopped
3. Enzymes from food and human microbiome are inactive
Microbiota:
evolutionarily determined beneficial microorganisms that co-evolved with each organism.
Consists of diverse species of microorganisms that form a unified, smart society. Healthy microbiota
supports life & development, the absence of healthy microbiota activates programs of disease.
Vitamins:
13 essential vitamins exist, which include: A, C, D, E, K, and the B group vitamins.
Bioactive compounds: 100’s of bioactive compounds exist, including carotenoids, flavonoids,
lignin, choline, coenzyme Q, tannins, phytosterols, glucosinolates, polyphenols, taurine, etc.
Bioavailability:
the ability of all nutrients to be digested and absorbed easily.
Quorum sensing:
when microbiota is organized in strong, coordinated societies that allow them to
survive digestion & effectively integrate into the microbiome unlike the unorganized bacteria in
pills or other “probiotic” supplements.
A production concept that returns biologically correct values back into modern living by fixing
what industrialization has broken. Naturetech uses evolutionarily created biological processes to create
truly complete food containing what’s missing from modern diets and critical for human health. By
using healthy microbiota as the main “cooking” catalyst, naturetech reconnects broken
prokaryote-eukaryote relationships for both humans and ecosystems, returning health to both.
- probiotics - includes 40+ diverse species of beneficial microorganisms per product
- prebiotics - includes soluble and insoluble fiber to feed microorganisms
- active enzymes from microorganisms aid in digestion
- full of antioxidants & phytonutrients: betacyanins, polyphenols, flavonoids
- easy to absorb - nutrients made bioavailable by fermentation
- effective absorbability allows the body to absorb all nutrition without bioactivity loss
