When will I get my order?
All orders placed by Wednesdays at 10am will be fulfilled & shipped the next day Thursday each week. Orders placed after Wednesday at 10am will be fulfilled & shipped next Thursday. You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped so you can monitor its progress.
If you qualify for local free delivery (orders $50+ in select zip codes - see if your order qualifies in checkout), you will receive a tracking text to follow your delivery in real time using Getcho.
If you have a subscription, it will be automatically fulfilled on Thursdays via shipping or local delivery, depending on the option you chose at checkout.
We recommend choosing a faster shipping method at checkout to ensure your order stays cold throughout shipping. 1-2 business days is ideal.
How do I open my order?
How do I open my order?
All ferments are highly bioactive and will continue to ferment while shipping. This is a sign of a high quality bioactive product and completely normal.
As soon as you receive your package, place all products to cool in the fridge. Once products are cold, after about 2 hours, they will be easier to open without much leakage.
To open kvass, gently crack the twist off cap to release natural carbonation. Continue to open slowly over a cup to catch any potential kvass that may pour over.
To open vegetable ferments, gently open the lid to release natural carbonation.
If any product has leaked, rinse off your container and continue using it.
Place bread directly in your freezer or use what you would like and freeze the rest.
